On the matter concerning Death Knights in Cataclysm, we are terribly sorry to inform you that because of difficulties in allowing Worgen and Goblin to become Death Knights and having them start at level 55, we will have to remove the Death Knight class as a whole.

In order to not forget our first hero class, we are giving its abilities to other classes. Paladins will now be able to use Strangulate for their lack of interrupt, Warriors will now be able to Death Grip, Hunters will be able to Tame Ghouls, Rogues will receive Army of the Dead for their lack of summoning abilities, Priests will receive Blood Strike and the ability to wield two handed swords, Warlocks get Path of Frost (renamed Path of Demonic Frost to better fit the class) and last but not least; Druids will learn the Acherus Deathcharger spell for their lack of free ground mounts.

All Death Knights will be removed from all accounts in exactly one month. Any items still on a Death Knight at that time will be sent to Tobber McNabb so he can rebuild his farm.
