 Patch 4.3 PTR notes maybe Нарыл на джанкисах вот это, мб кому интерестно, особенно поржал с манаберна у пристов
Here's some data mined stuff that's being passed around. It has supposedly been taken from the 4.3 PTR so I would expect to see it on mmo in the next day or 2. No guarantees it's real though, but it looks legit enough that ill post it. Seriously though, don't get your hopes up till its on mmo champion.
Druids
Ferocious Bite damage has been decreased by 4%.
Shred damage has been decreased to 520% weapon damage, down from 540%.
Feral
Predators Swiftness now has a 10 second internal global cooldown.
Rogues
The cast time reduction from Mind Numbing Poison has been reduced to 15% down from 30%.
Death Knights
The cast time reduction from Necrotic Strike has been reduced to 15% down from 30%.
Glyphs
Glyph of Dark Succor has been redesigned. This glyph will now cause Death Strike to heal for 11% of the Death Knights maximum health, but puts an 8 second cooldown on death strike (requires Frost or Unholy Presence)
Death Knight Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue that was causing the Ghoul to despawn once the Death Knight was out of range of the pet.
Priests
Mana Burn now has a 3 second cooldown.
Warriors
Talent Specializations
Arms
Mortal Strike damage has been increased by 12%
Two-Handed Weapon Specialization weapon damage increase has been increased to 15%, up from 12%
Warlocks
Incinerate damage done has been increased by 63%
The cast time reduction from Curse of Tongues has been reduced to 15% down from 30%.
Talent Specializations
Affliction
Damage from dispelling unstable affliction has been reduced by 20%
The spell casting increase from Eradication has been reduced to 15% down from 20%
Destruction
Chaos Bolt damage done has been increased by 210%
Conflagrate damage done has been increased by 63%
Shadowfury now stuns all enemies within 8 yards for 4 seconds, up from 3 seconds.
Glyphs
The slow applied from the Shadowflame glyph has been made baseline to the Shadowflame spell. As a result, we have added a new major glyph for warlocks.
New Major Glyph: Glyph of Doom and Destruction: When you are hit by a melee attack, there is a 15% chance to allow your next Chaos Bolt to be cast while moving.
