Было то же самое - аккаунт дубликат ист - вест. Одинаковые логины и саммонернеймы. Написал в тп, мне сказали перенесут вручную на свежесозданный аккаунт на конечном сервере. При этом сотрется вся история матчей. У тебя будет 0 винов и сброшена стата в ранкеде.

I'm sorry to hear about the transfer trouble. Because your username already exists on the other server, you will experience transfer problems. Unfortunately, we are unable to delete accounts. What we can do is manually transfer your contents from EU-East to EU-West given that you have 2600 RP ready on your account. All that we ask is for you to create a new account on EU-West and contact us back with the account name. We can transfer everything over except for your wins/loss history.
If you are interested, please reply back with the information requested above so we may complete the transfer.
