• Wards Can no longer be targetted with most spells (Rammus powerball, Blitzcrank hook, lee sin's jump).
• Experience & Gold on champion kills changed a little: Killing streak worth 500g at MOST (from 1000g).
• Experience changes: You get more EXP from killing a higher level opponent, and less experience from killing a lower level opponent.
• Gold Per 10 items: Unique per item, cannot stack 2 Philo or 2 Heart of Golds or 2 Kage Picks, however you can have 1 philo 1 heart and 1 pick, and still get the effect from each.
• Lifesteal & Spellvamp overhaul: Ignite and Spirit Visage effect lifesteal & spellvamp directly.
• Hitting someone who had a shield on would not give you an assist, not get lifesteal, and not have the enemies ability broken (Teemo/MF movement passives/Boots of Mobility). This has been "Fixed".
• Rumble's Ultimate: Cooldown Up, Range down, damage on burn down, AP scaling hit.
• Vayne: lowering damage scaling on Q by 15%, E is losing base damage, R is losing free +damage.
• Vladimir: His early ranks of Q have more damage, but rank 5 has lower damage, and cooldown up to 4 from 3.
• Jarvan: % current health on passive from 10 to 8, couple stats on flag lowered.
• Evelynn: No stun anymore, now slows instead.
• Stealth Remake: Want to make stealthers fun to play AND play against.
• Gangplank passive rework: 3 stacking slow & damage passive, similar to current, but with a 10% slow that stacks 3 times, duration from 10 seconds to 3.
• Fiddlesticks: Increasing damage per rank on Dark wind, Buffing AP ratio on crowstorm to .45 from .4 , channel duration on crowstorm from 2 to 1.5 seconds.
